Over 8 million Americans rely on disability benefits, such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Disabled Adult Child (DAC) for their healthcare and to meet other basic needs. Unfortunately, many people with disabilities cannot marry without losing these crucial benefits. DREDF is working to protect the freedom of people with disabilities to marry and form families with those they love.
